Why I Hate: Hot Topic

"So Indie"
Hot Topic is a retail chain with revenues over $750 million a year. They specialize in clothing and accessories for the youth market. Have you ever actually been inside these stores? They are filled with all sorts of weird gothic bizarreness alongside geeky stuff like video game and comic book characters. You can buy a ‘vampires suck’ t-shirt or a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers hoodie. This dichotomy between the dark metal-goth-punk stuff and the nerdy stuff is strange.
Hot Topic is making a killing off of teen angst and geek chic.
Why Comic Books + Video Games Should = Awesome
"I Believe In A Thing Called Love"
Comic books and video games are two things that most nerds love, and they should go together perfectly
Unfortunately, that is almost never the case. The quality in these games range from horrible to just shy of greatness. There are three major flaws in nearly all of their games that developers need to overcome to make a truly amazing comic book game.
Fashionably Late Review: Pimp My Ride (Xbox 360)

"Big Pimpin"
We all have those games that we miss the first time around. With the busy release schedule of modern gaming, no one has time to play everything. That is why we at WingDamage present to you “Fashionably Late Reviews“. This is our series on games from the current generation of consoles that we may have missed on their initial release, but have gone back to experience now.
What to review for my first official WingDamage review? Should I do an all time classic like “Bioshock” or “Resident Evil 4″? Or should I go old school and go for something like the “Adventures of Lolo”, or “Kung Fu”? And then it hit me like Captain America punching Hitler in the face, and I knew I had to review, and warn against, “Pimp My Ride.” Whatever the dark force that compelled me to do this, read on to learn why you should avoid this game.
Dear Video Game Developers,

"Take it from me!"
I want to thank you for all the hours of entertainment you have provided. I know that you work very long hours to bring me the best entertainment that you can. I just have a couple of things I would love to see tweaked or changed (and by a couple I mean 7).
