Barrel Roll! #129 – “A Ghost Mouse Screaming”
On this, the one-hundred and ninth episode of the Barrel Roll podshow, Adam, Jonah and Jesse get together to discuss ghost mice. They may be small, but they are still spooky!
On to more video game related things, Jesse has completed his second playthrough of Catherine. He also experienced all the Final Fantasy Type-0 demo from Japan had to explore and was left craving more. Adam finally got around to the first Puzzle Agent game with mixed results, then went back in time to play the Game Boy classics (classics here meaning games Jonah didn’t know existed until last week), Mario’s Picross and Avenging Spirit, which brought even more ghosts to the table. Jonah spent a very brief amount of time with Age of Conan: Unchained and Pirates of the Black Cove. Finally, Jesse and Jonah discuss the strangeness that is Trauma.
The new releases for the week are covered, along with more Air Bud references than are healthy for a single podcast to make (unless it is some sort of Air Bud fancast). Then in the news we talk Borderlands 2, the next run of “Nintendo Selects” and the probably fake full list of 3DS Ambassador titles.

Barrel Roll! #96 – “Armagetron 2: Armagetron”
EDIT – The Scarlett and the Spark of Life codes have been claimed. Thanks for listening!
On a very special ninety-sixth episode of “Barrel Roll! A Video Game Podcast”, we are pulled into the machine… again! It’s up to the WingDamage crew to race our light cycles against the latest deadly computer virus that has once again taken over the whole of the internet with the help of Master Control Program version 2.0.4.1.
And this time, it’s personal!
There weren’t a lot of new releases to discuss, but we do anyway. We then go on to talk about the news, including all the fancy new releases that were made official over the weekend (even though we knew most of them were already sure things).
In what we’ve been playing, the guys talk about Sonic Colors, Puzzle Agent, Scarlett and the Spark of Life: Episode 1, Undergarden, AaAaAA!!! – A Reckless Disregard for Gravity, and Trials HD. They then go on to talk Starcraft II and Armgetron in the return of our “Let’s Play Together” segment.
Also, listen in for your chance to win a copy of Scarlett and the Spark of Life: Episode 1 for iPhone!

Barrel Roll! #95 – “Sound Killers”
On a very special ninety-fifth episode of “Barrel Roll! A Video Game Podcast”, we find our heroes facing off against the worst thing that could ever happen to the audio format: Sound Killers. Oh sure, they sound like a crappy heavy-metal band, but they are out to end all sound as we know it.
This week, the guys talk about a wide variety of games, including The Secret of Monkey Island, World of Warcraft, Donkey Kong Country Returns, VVVVVV, 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors, Puzzle Agent, Sonic Colors, and Pac-Man CE DX.
We also discuss the news (meager as it is) and the new games coming out this week.

Barrel Roll! #73 – “Allzyagottado”
On a very special seventy-third episode of our video game show, Barrel Roll!, Wes is once again looking for love in all the wrong internet chat forums. Jesse tries to explain to him that “Allzyagottado is…” but never gets to finish his thoughts before we start in with the gaming talk. This is all pre-show, of course, and has no bearing on the episode at large.

Review: Puzzle Agent (PC, Wii)
Sometimes, a mystery is surrounded by a puzzle; sometimes dozens of small, intricate puzzles that would confound and befuddle your average government agent.
Hidden away in the depths of FBI headquarters is the office of Nelson Tethers. Tethers is the top (and only) agent in the bureau’s Department of Puzzle Research. When a conundrum is too discombobulating for the rest of the FBI, it is up to Agent Tethers to elucidate the situation in Telltale’s latest, Puzzle Agent.
Barrel Roll! #65 – “Fanfilmtastic”
On a very special sixty-fifth episode of Barrel Roll! A Video Game Podcast, the guys have spent most of their time hunting monsters… again.
But even with being swamped (and by that I mean fighting giant amphibious monsters IN a swamp), we did manage to see the recently released Mega Man fan film and play a small selection of other games, which we proceed to talk about.
