Barrel Roll! #78 – “It Was Endor the Whole Time”
On a very special seventy-eight episode of the podshow “Barrel Roll! A Video Game Podcast”, we learn the dark truth about this supposedly “new” planet we found ourselves on. Oh sure, all signs pointed to the defeat of The Empire thousands of years before, but a planet where humans evolved from Ewoks? Pure madness.
That is, until we found it. The last remaining vestige of a world now destroyed. The cursed statue that showed the world was not what we once thought it was. It was our beloved Endor the whole time.
Barrel Roll! #77 – “The All-New Video Games Friends Hour”
On a very special seventy-seventh episode of “Barrel Roll! A Video Game Podcast”, we double our damagocity with special guest Mixmoff from Fall-Damage.com.
He brings us up to speed on all-things damage related.
Keeping It Simple
The big budget triple A games can be fantastic. They have huge teams backing them, allowing for the use of the latest and greatest tech. Graphics are slick and always pushing to look better than everyone else. Plus, you know everybody who’s anybody is going to be talking about them in your circle of gaming friends/podcasts/blogs/forums.
Often when I sit down to play one, I will end up spending several hours in front of my TV or computer working my way through it. Sometimes, this can lead to a strange mental block right before I get started. Since I know I will inevitably spend a lot of time playing one of these games once I start, it can be a little intimidating.

Barrel Roll! #48 – “Games Of The Year 2009″
On a very special forty-eight episode of “Barrel Roll! A Video Game Podcast”, Jesse, Dave and Jonah discuss their top ten picks for game of the year.
It was a good discussion of our likes and dislikes and why we picked what we picked. We even give out a few honorable mentions that didn’t quite make the list at the end of the show.
I don’t want to give it away here, so hit up after the break to download the episode and hear for yourself.
Dave’s Top 10 Games of 2009
2009 is over, and boy it sure was a crazy year. I fulfilled a lifelong dream and climbed Mount Killamanjaro. I punched an alligator right in the snout. I somehow lost at arm wrestling to a one eyed Grizzly Bear and in between my crazy adventures I even managed to play a few video games. My full time job collecting cans on the side of the highway prevented me from playing every single release that came out, but I tried my best. Below is my personal picks for the top 10 games of the year.
Jesse’s Top 10 Games of 2009

"WingDamage writer by day, Little Mac by night."
The first full year of WingDamage is officially over. Though we all played a lot of games, we’re also enthusiasts with full-time jobs outside of the site. While there’s just not enough time in the day to play every game that comes out, we do our best. Below is a list of my personal picks of the games I felt where a cut above the rest. Expect to see the picks of our other writers soon after. And don’t worry, you’ll probably agree with their picks more than mine anyway.
Barrel Roll #42 – “The Super Gregorio Brothers Super Show”

Then, after the princess is captured for the fifteen-thousand, three-hundred, seventy-sixth time, it is up to the Super Gregorio Bros. to successfully get through an entire episode of the podcast without the help of their regular co-hosts.
Barrel Roll! #41 – “Indiana Jones and the Last Darkside Chronicles”
